- Problem
- Six websites, ads, calls and a Google listing, all run separately. Google sent few clicks, reviews came in at about two a month, and nobody could say which channel paid.
- What we did
- Fixed tracking first, then the sites: speed, junk pages, pages posing as the homepage. Rebuilt the ads on real conversion data. Every call scored by AI and followed up.
- Result
- Same three months, a year apart: 1,127 clicks from Google instead of 515, an average position of 20 instead of 45, and 75 new Google reviews from March to September instead of 13.
